Privacy Policy

This policy covers the IsotopeKit marketing site at isotopekit.com during early access. It is written for what we actually collect today — not a future product account system.
1. What we collect
If you join early access, the waitlist, or release notes, we collect the email address you submit and the intent you chose (early access, waitlist, or newsletter). Until a real inbox and backend are wired, submissions may be stored only in your browser (local storage) on this device.
We also receive standard server or host logs if the site is served through a host (IP address, user agent, request path). We do not sell personal data.
2. How we use it
We use your email to invite you to early access, open Team or Agency tiers when ready, and send occasional release notes about package updates. We will not drip daily marketing mail.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your email. If we use an email provider later (for example Resend or similar), that provider processes messages on our behalf under their terms.
4. Retention & your rights
You can ask us to remove your email from any list we operate once the real inbox is live. Contact us via GitHub Issues. Local-only submissions can be cleared by clearing site data in your browser.
5. Changes
We will update this page when collection moves from local storage to a server, or when product accounts ship. The date at the top will change.
